The Amber Mine - Grebnedu Commission

The Grebnedu is perhaps one of the most bizarre and unusual creatures in Jurassic Park's lore, it was designed for a Halloween themed attraction at Universal Studios called Project Evilution.
In the lore, Grebnedu is a hybrid serpent of various aquatic creatures, living in the depths of Isla Aventura's lagoon, eventually Grebnedu would crawl out of the lagoon to haunt and pursue the park guests.
Grebnedu was only designed with its head in mind, so me and the Amber Mine team had a lot of creative freedom for the rest of its body, of which we used Lionfishes, Moray Eels, Salamanders and Sea Snakes as inspiration to create its unusual serpent body!
